(i think) it was dumb because if you guys had kept a pro-style offense instead of hiring dick-rod then there would have been no rebuilding era. most coaches get 5 years to prove themselves at a school. it's going to be 3 or 4 at michigan, because michigan is not "most schools" i think the failure of dickrod is on your AD (who resigned i think).. absolutely no reason to change schemes in teh first place... you guys were coming off a capital one bowl win over florida. the scheme was fine. good point about how the media was on dick-rods cock when you guys were 4-0.
