The New York Mets played quite possibly the worst inning of baseball I’ve ever seen in my life. Ryan Church missing third base on a potentially game-winning run, Carlos Beltran and Angel Pagan miscommunicating on a flyball, Jeremy Reed throwing the ball to the stands on a game-extending double-play ball, the Amazin’s did it all…very badly. Just some awful baseball by the Mets and after two seasons of epic collapses, I wonder if these guys will ever recover.
